He is survived by: his wife Janice Phillips; his sons, Todd Phillips (Janet Lindsey), Corey O'Neill (Steve) and Michael Phillips (Jacki); his grandchildren, Olivia, Jacob, Tristan, Josh, Stella, Tessa and Noah; and his extended family, Tanesha and Jackson.
