He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Farnsworth and Dorothy Hyland Farnsworth. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Farnsworth; his son Terry Farnsworth (Katie); his granddaughters, Ava and Aubrey; and his siblings, Alice McCullough (Patrick), Ben Farnsworth (Judy) and Tom Farnsworth. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (10307 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
