He was predeceased by: his brothers, John and Martin. He is survived by: his children, Jim Touhy (Caroline) and Jennifer Frigillana (Peter); his wife Carol Blazek; his grandchildren, Sidney (Jennifer) and Brody; and his siblings, Mary, Robert and Richard.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the DeFiore Funeral Home (10763 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142).
