She was predeceased by: her husband John Hajek. She is survived by: her siblings, Ellen (Penzel), Randy, Russell (Kerber) and Mary (Hoffman); her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Susan; her grandchildren, Joseph, Gabriela (Ryan) and Erin Hajek; her daughter Jennifer; and her son-in-law Tony Dye. She is also survived by Many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Huntley Cemetery (11500 Dean St, Huntley, IL 60142).
