He is survived by: his wife Nancy Clark Storms; his daughter Jennifer Jenkins (Gary); his stepsons, Scott Storms (April) and Mark Storms (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lauren, Sarah, Kate, Ben Jenkins, Trevor, Brenden and Jack Storms; his sisters, JoAnn Woolwine and Mary Jane Ritch (Tony); his sister-in-law Cindy Dobrzynski; his nieces and nephews, Shauna Clark, Beth Woolwine, Phil Dobrzynski (Laura), Samuel Woolwine III (Federica) and Nathan Woolwine; and his cousin Rozella Evans.
