He is survived by : his wife Angela; his children, Buffy Yatos (Jimmy), Amy Javed (Danny), William (Vicki) and James (Dina); and his grandchildren, DJ, Angelyn, Anthony, Sammi, Sophi and Dominick. He is also survived by his family and many friends.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the DeFiore Funeral Home (10763 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A prayer was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, his children are asking for outdoor plants and flowers to grow in his memory.
