He is survived by: his wife Carol Young; his sons, Craig Young (Julie) and Marc Young (Tracie); and his grandchildren, Ella, Sophie, Greta, Halen and Brody.
The military honors will be held on Friday, November 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
