He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kummen and Florence Kummen. He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Kummen; his children, Kristen and Leo Kummen; and his siblings, Maureen Kummen, Madelon Kummen (Greg Penner), Rita Cooper (Ron), Richard Kummen (Kathleen), Garth Kummen (Cynthia), Patrick Kummen (Kim) and Nancy Roberts (Shaun). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
