She is survived by: her brother Tony Wojciechowicz (Linda) of Seattle, Washington; her sons, David McSweeney (Laura) of Naperville and Mark McSweeney (Cheryl) of Fishers, Indiana; her grandchildren, Michael (Qi), Tyler (Kellen), Kristin (Brendan), Erin, Brian and Kerrigan; and her caregiver Hamilton Trace. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The inurnment was held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the St. Mary Cemetery (10307 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). Visitation was held on Monday, June 29th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (10307 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, June 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Louise's honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
