She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Skolek and Gertrude Skolek (Wolderczak); her husband Robert Forti; and her sister Carol Craddock. She is survived by: her children, Robert S. Forti (Diane) and Carrie A. Quinn (Kevin); her grandchildren, Andrew Forti, Teigan Quinn and Brody Quinn; and her great grandchildren, Capriza, Rosetta and Ryder.
