He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Stack and Dorothy Stack; his parents-in-law, Catherine and Everett Irle; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hicks, Peggy Alberts, Mimi DeCarlo, Rich Hicks and Mike Irle.
He is survived by: his significant other Ann Irle; his son Timothy Joseph; his grandchildren, Elise Stack and Timothy Stack Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Patty, Denny Taylor, Greg DeCarlo and Cary Alberts.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (428 S Indiana Ave, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the donor's choice in Richard's name.
