He is survived by: his wife Joan Zampa; his children, Rick Zampa (Cathy), Mary Jo Willen (Neal) and Nancy Farrell (Blane); his grandchildren, Ricky (Nicole), Nicholas (Megan), Anthony, Jared (Kinsey), Justin (Abigail), Jake, Mallory (Eric), Rachel (Brendan), Marisa (Ryan) and Bret (Ave); his sister-in-law Joahnne; and his daughter-in-law Kris Zampa. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, with another great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
