He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Andrlik and Sylvia Andrlik; and his daughter Tricia Susan. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Andrlik of Geneva; his children, Timothy (Dawn) of Crystal Lake, Terry of Plainfield and Todd (Hillary) of Naperville; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Jacob Lorea), Jennifer, Payton, Scott, Rory and Lincoln; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Lorea and Nova Alverez.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
