He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Motyka and Maria Motyka (Grana). He is survived by: his wife Madge Motyka; his daughter Rebecca O'Dea (Michael); his granddaughter Maddie; and his sister Reggie Rundle (Frank).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
