She is survived by: her son-in-law Chuck; her children, Dale Perkins (Carol), Valerie Seyersdahl (Charles) and Glen Perkins (Gilda); her grandchildren, Matthew Perkins (Gennifer), Lisa Perkins, Kelly Perkins, Katherine Perkins and Shannon Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Makiya Henry (Kevin), Isaiah Perkins and Mikayla Fritkin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the James A. O'Connor Funeral Home (11603 Main St, Huntley, IL 60142).
