With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Steve Edward Wolchuk Jr. of Huntley, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Steve Edward left this world on June 10, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Wolchuk, Sr. and Ethel Wolchuk (Foley). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Wolchuk; his daughters, Kathy Burke (Tom) and Teresa Caldwell (Roger); and his grandchildren, Thomas Burke (Beverly), Ryan Burke, Bree Burke, Adam Burke (Ashley), Steven Caldwell and Johnnie Caldwell. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeFiore Funeral Home (10763 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
Due to allergies, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation and/or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in lieu of flowers.
