He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Hogarth and Edna Hogarth (Petraska); and his sister Jane. He is survived by: his wife Joan Hogarth; his children, Jeffrey Hogarth (Denise), Thomas Hogarth (Joann) and Suzanne Adams (Denis); his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Alexis, Tara, Liam and Thomas; his brother-in-law Rodger Chapman (Maggie); and his nephews, Adam Chapman (Becky) and Erick Chapman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or Immanuel Lutheran Church, 300 S. Pathway, Crystal Lake.
