As Vidyasagar departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Vidyasagar may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Vidyasagar leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John S. Bunyan Perumala and Kamala Katta; his wife Sheila Rani Thalluri; his children, Sushma Perumala, Pramod Perumala and Shamitha Perumala; his grandson Arnan-Raj Charles; his son-in-law Daniel Charles; and his mother-in-law Vazraleela Thalluri. He was also cherished by his two sisters and brothers-in-law; his brother; his sisters-in-law and co-brothers; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A wake was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Springbrook Community Church (10115 W Algonquin Rd, Huntley, IL 60142).
