She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel D'Agostino; and her parents, Christopher Sylvester and Daria Sylvester. She is survived by: her children, Donna Klehr (Timothy) and Chris D'Agostino (Kristin); her grandchildren, Alyssa, Andrea, Joey (Shea) and Gina; and her great grandchild Michael.
