He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathias (Martha Wlachovsky) and Czechoslovakia; and his brothers, Helmut (Brunhilde) and Peter (Anna). He is survived by: his wife Carmela Lina Rosa; his children, Thomas (Tammy), David (Christina) and Steven (Christina); his grandchildren, Amanda, Kali (Cody), Maddyx, Payton, Nicholas and Mason; his great grandchild Beau; his brother William (Gaynel); and his nieces, Kara (David) and Amanda (Jason).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeFiore Funeral Home (10763 Dundee-Huntley Rd, Huntley, IL 60142). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
