He is survived by: his son Benji, III; his daughter-in-law Kim Harrison of Carterville, IL; his daughters, Jennifer Engel of Hurst, IL and Cheri; his son-in-law Stewart Childress of Blairsville, IL; his grandchildren, Jessica Creek (Josh), Nick Childress and Charlotte Madden (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Sophia Lingafelter, Gemma Lingafelter and Lyla Dawley; his brother Bobby; his sister-in-law Joyce Harrison of Lake; his sister Becky; and his brother-in-law Bill Gottschalk of Hurst. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
