He is survived by: his mother Ella Wanda Walters Sr. (Deaton); his wife Kinda Walters; his daughters, Maranda Walters, Donella Walters-Roland (Brian) and Breanna Groutage (Quinn); his grandchildren, Braelyn Rice, Blake Rice, Dylanie Walters, Charli Groutage, Elijah Groutage, Parker Crabtree, Liam Stout and Abel Cravens; his extended family Kody Henson; his children, Olivia, Faith, Toby and Devin Franklin (Alec); his grandchildren, Colton, Aubrey, MaKinley and Levi; his daughter Gina Groutage; his granddaughter Hannah Groutage; his great grandchild Ariyah Berry; his son Brian; his grandchildren, Brian, Sean, Trinity, Connor and Bev Roland; and his close friend Frankie Martin.
