He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Everett and Mary Lindsay (Wolfe); his sister Emily; his brother-in-law Kenneth Gould; his siblings, Jennie Lindsay and Ed Lindsay; his nephew Rick Lindsay; and his niece Nancy Lindsay.

He is survived by : his sons, Christopher "Chris" Lindsay (Becky Williams), Timothy (Kathy Lindsay) and Patrick (Christine); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Lindsay, Anthony "Tony" Lindsay, Jennifer Estes (Lindsay), Lee Berns (Lindsay) and Jarrett Lindsay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
