With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Stewart of Illinois City, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2021 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janice Stewart to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Schmidt and Lucille Carpenter Schmidt; her brothers, Bruce and Darrell Schmidt; and her grandson Cannon Stewart.

She is survived by : her husband William Stewart; her children, Angie Dierikx (Terry) and Eric Stewart (Ryan); her grandchildren, Lucie, Logan, Libby Dierikx, Hunter, Carter and Ireland Stewart; and her sisters-in-law, Linda and Janet Schmidt.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in care of the Quad City Animal Welfare Center, Milan.
