Cooper Woods Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cooper Woods of Industry, Illinois, born in Macomb, Illinois, who passed away on August 24, 2020 at the age of 28. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jim Woods; and his great-grandparents, Herman, Ruth Poen, Robert, Mary Woods, Roy, Edna Clark, John and Evelyn Cuba.

He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Woods and Tonya Woods; his siblings, Logan Woods of Ann Arbor, Michigan and Cassidy Woods of O'Fallon, Illinois; his grandparents, Judy Reynolds (Kenny) of Table Grove, Illinois, Gary and Letha Clark of Tennessee, Illinois; his uncles, Jerry Woods and Kevin Groenewold; his aunt Krista; and his cousins, Nolan Groenewold (Jacqui Matznick) and Madeline Groenewold. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family requests that masks be worn and social distancing be practiced.

Memorials may be given to the SIU Forestry Club, the Industry United Methodist Church, or the great outdoors in the form of a newly planted tree.
