He is survived by: his parents, Tony Kelly of Carthage, IL and Kathey Althoff (Robert) of Quincy, IL; his children, Lily Kemper and Jace Kemper; his siblings, Becky Moander (Aaron) of Carthage, IL and Jimmy Kelly of Davenport, IA; his grandfather James Kelly of Carthage, IL; and his siblings' children, Alex, Cameron, Emma and Eliza. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Printy Funeral Home (405 Cherry St, Carthage, IL 62321). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made out to the family for a college fund for his children.
