He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Toland and Evelyn Finch Toland; his former wife Olive Young; and his daughter Kim Cordle. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Shirrell (Troy) of Macomb; his grandchildren, Brittni Shirrell (Chris Schneider), Chelsi Shirrell, Justine Daniels, Jacy Watson (Eric) and Jon Bishop (Lisa); his great grandchildren, Jon Bishop, Bryson Bishop, Jason Bishop and Xander Watson; and his siblings, Jerry Toland (Vicky) of Galesburg and Kay Derry (Richard) of Macomb.
