He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Strub and Beatrice Strub. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Becky Hamilton, Keri Strub and Erin Strub; his stepchildren, Ross Pelz, Jamie Pelz and DeAnn Mandas; and his sister Joanetta Grabowski. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Strang Funeral Chapel (410 E Belvidere Rd, Grayslake, IL 60030).
