He is survived by: his wife Judy Workman; his grandchildren, Jacob (Isabelle), Jade, Jaci South, Trinity, Hunter Lutz and Aden McFarland; his children, Johnny Butler and Jody Butler Moldroski; and his sister Diana Louise Ward Cantrell.
