She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Tutt and Mallie Tutt (Bailey); her husband James LeRoy Hayes; her granddaughters, Krystal Stine and Natasha Davis; and her siblings, Byrd Tutt, John Tutt, Jack Tutt, Deadmond of Nevada, Virgie Basset and Virginia Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Stine (Kevin) of Iola, Cindy Bishop (Mike) of Litchfield, James Peck of Farina, Julie Peck (Charlie) of Fairfield, Jackie Jones, Clara Davis (Jim) of Paris, Irena Harrington (Dawngola) of Louisville and Johnathan Hayes (Jackie) of Edgewood; and her sisters, Eleanor Tate of Kinmundy and Nora Smith of Louisville. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; many great grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Flossie's memory to the Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle Church with envelopes available at the funeral home.
