He is survived by: his wife Goldie Aper; his children, Charles Burlingame of Ipava, Susan Behrends of Tremont, IL, Karen Abernathy (Jeff) of Lewistown, IL, Lois Farquhar (Bill) of Blandinsville, IL, Emily Mustread (Larry) of Bowling Green, KY and Carol Hillyer (Jeff) of Table Grove, IL; and his siblings, Ronnie Burlingame (Carol) of Pekin, Mark Burlingame (Nancy) of Pekin, Jimmy Burlingame (Betsy) of Troy, MI, Sharon Becker (Jayson) of Pekin and Brenda Mills (Tom) of Ohio.
