She was predeceased by: her parents, John Aper and Goldie Aper (Eeten); her husband Gerald Duane Burlingame; her son Duane Burlingame; and her siblings, Harold Kutz, John Aper, Darrell Aper, Johaan Butler and Mary Lou Wibben.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Behrends of Tremont, Karen Abernathy (Jeff) of Lewistown, Lois Farquhar (Bill) of Blandinsville, Emily Mustread (Larry) of Bowling Green, Carol Hillyer (Jeff) of Table Grove and Charles Burlingame of Ipava; her grandchildren, Michelle Gramley, Chuck Burlingame, Bradley Behrends (Brittany), Heather Dillon (Nick), Melissa Gorsuch (Jon), Jeff Abernathy II, Bryce Farquhar (Michelle), Jessica Coulter (Brandon), Dustin Mustread (Mindy), Adam Hillyer and Amanda Hillyer; and her sisters, Anna Weston of Lincoln, Illinois. and Eileen Hubbard (Ron) of Lincoln, Illinois.. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in Goldie's memory to the St. Jude Midwest Affiliate in Peoria, Illinois.
