She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ellison and Ruth Ellison (Snowden); and her brother Keith Ellison. She is survived by: her son Scott Azbell of Quincy, IL; her nieces and nephews, Kathy Watson (John) of Lewistown, IL, Ruth Ann Ellison of Ipava, Kim Azbell of Ipava, Kristi Little (Wayne) of Centennial, CO, Kevin Azbell (Evelyn) of Phillips, WI, Kerry Azbell (Marcia) of Bernard, IA, Lori Rose (Mark) and Lance Azbell; and her husband Azbell Hardware. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews, and one great-great-nephew.
