He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Chambers and Alice Chambers (Chenoweth); his children, Vicki Chambers and Trent Chambers; his grandsons, Joey Cheatham and Brandon Shaw; and his siblings, Frank Chambers, Richy Chambers, Connie Fields and Geraldine "Sis" Myers.
He is survived by: his children, Tonya Hilliard of Bushnell, IL, Tammy Younger (Cole) of Grover Beach, CA and Troy Chambers (Laura) of Burlington, IA; and his siblings, Larry Chambers (Elaine) of Bernadotte, Dorla Helle of Cuba, IL, Judy Rench (Rollin Rumler) of Canton, IL and Lynn Spangler (Roy) of Bernadotte. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
