He is survived by: his wife Tabatha "Sam" Scott; his children, Nichole Miller (Josh) of Bernadotte, IL, Jonathan Vance (Ashley) of Table Grove, IL, Danny Vance (Kailey) of Nashville, TN, Jeremy Scott (Tanya) of Hurst, TX and Justin Scott (AJ) of Rushville; his grandchildren, Katie Miller, Keagan Miller, Hayden Vance, Dexter Vance, Emerie Vance, Elsey Vance, Jayden Scott, Kaylee Langham (Keenan), Laikynn Scott, Rexi Scott and Rowyn Scott; his mother Nancy Umphreys-Hayes (Larry Hall) of Vermont, IL; his sister Shannon Jones (Jim) of Vermont; and his stepmother Connie Vance of Macomb, IL.
Memorials may be made to the Sons of the American Legion Squadron #17 or the Bernadotte Park.
