She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hornsey and Marie Hornsey. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Spinazzola (Mathis) and Michelle Mathis; her son-in-law Jonathan Spinazzola; her husband Christopher James Mathis; and her siblings, Janet Morgan (Hornsey) and Robert Hornsey, III. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
