He is survived by: his wife Kim; his children, Chris Leffelman (Amanda), Kristy Krajewski (Jake), Michelle (Matt), Josh Grace Ochlocknee (Monica) and Becky Schiavone (Erick); his grandchildren, Mathias DiBlasio, Aiden, Gracin, Brynnlee Krajewski, Rylan, Haleigh Schiavone, Logan and Kal Grace; his siblings, Denise (Kenny), Regina (Don), Jack (Barb) and Tom (Teresa); and his siblings-in-law, Dawn (Pierre) and Scott Antoine Mt (Jodi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
