She was predeceased by: her husbands, Gus Karambelas and Joseph Morand; her parents, John Talaga and Bernice Talaga; and her siblings, Ted, Cas, Jen, Henry, Lorry and John.
She is survived by: her children, Sam (Lupe) and Sandy (Ed); and her grandchildren, Lisa, Anastasia, Katrina, Eric, John and Sherrian. She is also survived by nephews, and the many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Lurie Children's Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
