It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn J. Smith (Itasca, Illinois), born in La Grange, Illinois, who passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Warren Cox and Irma Cox; and her siblings, Alan (Catherine), Susan (Rick) and Paul. She was also cherished by her three sons, their wives and her 3 granddaughters.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143).
