Leon Kolaski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leon Kolaski (Itasca, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Kolaski and Rose Kolaski; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Lesly; his daughters, Laura Root (David), Patricia O'Connor (Michael) and Karen Kolaski; his brothers, Anthony (late Mary Ann) and Jerome (late Terri); and his pet GiGi.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Anti-Cruelty Society would be appreciated.
