Though Louis may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Louis leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kum Cha Brestan; his children, Rebecca "Becky" Brestan, Jason D. Brestan and Steven L. Brestan (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Joseph Brestan, Jacob Brestan and Lilliana "Lily" Kolb.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evangel Church (5700 Bartels Rd, Hanover Park, IL 60133). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Arlington Cemetery.
