With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mabel Louise Votava (Itasca, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2025 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard E.; her siblings, Henry, Bill, Marion, Helen, Eddie and Victor; and her parents, Henry Becker and Louise Becker.
She is survived by: her children, Marge Sadoski (late Ed), Janice Mangiardi (late Mike), Donna Francis (Peter), Debbie Bauer (Horst) and Rick Votava.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Zion Cemetery.
