He was predeceased by: his spouse Norinne; his sons, Daniel and Timothy; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his children, Norman Jr. (Linda), Susan Macino (Michael) and Thomas; his grandchildren, Michelle, Melissa, Allyson, Amanda, Ava, Heather, Samantha, Brittany, Norman III and Nicole; and his sister Corinne Bruhn.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Ghost Church (254 N Wood Dale Rd, Wood Dale, IL 60191).
