He is survived by: his mother Clara Jo Ann Spurlock, Sr. (Ridgeway) of Du Quoin; his wife Renee Morton; his children, Brittini Spurlock of Iuka, Thomas Spurlock (Kristyna), Tyler Spurlock (Alexis), Wesley Spurlock of Iuka and Maxeen Spurlock of Iuka; his grandchildren, Willow Hester, Landen Nelson, Theodore Nelson, Mason Nelson, Kayden Nelson and Ember Nelson; and his brother Kevin Spurlock of Du Quoin.
