It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Allen E. Loeser (Jacksonville, Illinois), who passed away on December 5, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Loeser and Anna Loeser (Penney); and his siblings, Louis, Howard, Stuart, Edgar (Abe), James Loeser and Lorraine Matulevich.

He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Allen Loeser (Joni), Mike Loeser (Jill), Clint Loeser and Eden Stroops (Ken); his sister Rita Broeker; his grandchildren, Erin Draper (Doug) and Wes Stroops; and his great grandchildren, Ty and Ellie Draper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Post #755, 2211 Old Jacksonville Rd., Springfield, IL, 62704.
