She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Viola Mayme Turner Jockisch; her brothers, Melvin "Mickey", Virgil, Bradley, Myron "Keith", Gordon and Kirby Jockisch; and her son-in-law Les Moore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ava Moore of Jacksonville, Arla Bain (Bruce) of New Hampshire and Karen Gutmann (Kent) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Moore, Amberly Kane (Zachary), Emily Bain (Adam Ullius), Bruce Bain III (Taylor), Charles Bain, Thomas Bain, Kimberly Bain (Alex Frogge), David Bain, Patrick Bain and Katelyn Gutmann; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Colton, Emerson and Adeline; her sister Vicki Hull of Rushville; and her sister-in-law Linda Jockish of Beardstown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Black Oak Church.
