We announce the death of Beverly Jean Smith of Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on July 26, 2026, at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her father Russell Neff; and her spouse Monte L. Smith. She is survived by: her mother Berniece Ellerman Neff of Jacksonville; her daughters, Chelsea Suttles (Derek) of Jacksonville and Megan Long-Little of Winchester; her grandchildren, Paxton, Croy Suttles of Jacksonville, Brayden (Gillian Wooldridge) of Winchester, Chance of Winchester and Ali Little of Winchester; her brother Robert Neff (Melissa); her nephews, Jimmy (Raquel) and Joey Neff; and her niece Jenna Neff of Winchester.
