She is survived by : her children, Kimberly Smith (Tonya) of Taylorville, Shelley Wessler (Jay) of Concord, Joni Scobbie (Mark) of Jacksonville and Brian Smith (Jane) of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandchildren, Gabriel Goodroe of Taylorville, Grayce Goodroe of Taylorville, Alison Meyer (Jacob) of Concord, Pete Wessler (Kelley) of Concord, Emily Bumgarner (Cliff) of Jacksonville, Sarah Bruce (Trent) of Jacksonville, Hannah Scobbie (Matt Hansen) of Jacksonville, Harrison Smith of New York and Lydia Smith of Atlanta, Georgia.; her great grandchildren, Ben, Leah, Nolan, Owen, Avery, Norah, Molly, Ty, Elly, Claire and Caroline; her sister Mary Brockhouse (late Max) of Chapin; and her brother-in-law C. Don Smith (Barbara Suelter) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Jacksonville Memorial Foundation for nursing education or Centenary United Methodist Church.
