With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charles E. Miller of Jacksonville, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Miller and Ruth Miles Miller; his wife Lois Marie Whitaker; and his sons-in-law, Greg Early and Jim Vannier.

He is survived by: his children, Kathy Bigley (Mike), Debby Vannier, Brenda Early and Jerry Miller (Michelle); and his brothers, Richard Miller (Camilla) and Joe Miller (Sandra). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.
