He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Walden and Josephine Walden (Brown); and his siblings, Peter Walden, Ruth Withrow and Ruby Heavner.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Withrow of Las Vegas and Brenda Blasko (Jack) of Petersburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to a fund that will be set up to honor Dave in care of Shirley Walden.
